Customer support not responding

If there is anybody working in customer support please answer my e mails.I have not received my activation code.This is the second day.I am freaking desperate and mad.I tried calling and the phone service at sony is closed.

This is unacceptable!

sounds like they're closed today. I have tickets from before christmas that have no response. I don't think we're alone...

Same here: ticket submitted Jan 3 with no response as of Jan 9 .
