I am seeking an Acid Loop with thunder, lightning and rain
sounds; any suggestions as to where I might find this one
loop?

Check out "Hollywood Edge" Sound effects library.
www.hollywoodedge.com, or Sound Ideas Sound Effects
Library, www.soundideas.com. I believe they even have some
free samples at their website and might be able to download
what you need. Thunder, lightning & rain are pretty common
sound effects.
