I have SoundForge 7. I just got the Academic version of SoundForge 9 upgrade. It says on the box that it requires SoundForge 8 to install. Am I out of luck or will this install? The non-academic version of the software on your site says it can be installed with all previous versions of SoundForge.

I can not return software to the store if it is opened. I do not want to try to install it until I know for sure that I qualify for the upgrade.

SoundForge Customer Support fixed me up good! I'm loving soundforge 9 and cd architect!
