I've been using Acid Pro 2.0 (just got it but have been using the demo version for a month) but I'm new to sampling. I have alot of trouble with editing loops. (I try to cut them so they loop smoothly but about half of them don't) Are there any special tips anyone can give me? Also, When I do edit a sample many times Acid changes the tempo of the song. |

It depends which audio editor you're using to cut them up. Most of them let you preview the loop before you cut it. |

I use sound forge XP to edit because it has the Acidizing features but I also have others. I bought a Roland UA-30 (a USB digital input/ouput for PC) which included Cool Edit Pro LE and I also have Enhance Diamond Cut with came with my CD-RW. I got all of them recently. Have you used any of these? What editor do you suggest? |
