WHEN RECORDING IN ACID WITH MY KEYBOARD,WHEN DO YOU CHECK OR
UNCHECK THE OPTION SAYING,"MAKE NEW TRACK FOLLOW PROJECT
TEMPO"?
ALSO,HOW DO YOU DECIDE IF A RECORDED SEGEMENT FROM MY
KEYBOARD IS A LOOP OR DISK BASED?

That is dependant on what you want to do. If you are
probably going to be happy with your recorded track AS IS
then uncheck. That option just speeds or slows your
recording to match the tempo you set over your project.

Again, this depends on what you are looking for. Loop will
repeat easily but requires lot of memory (particularly if
you are using a huge file). Disk based files will play
more smoothly and will play back as is (ie. not trying to
snap to tempo)
