While I'm not an employee of Sounic Foundry, I have read a
post from one of the Sonic Employees on another forum and
they mentioned the company is working on ACID 3, Vegas 5
Soundforge 6 and all that good stuff.

I'm sure they are waiting until it has been properly beta
tested after, of course, the program is developed. I have
heard nothing on a time line of ACID 3, but you can bet
with the number of users and the diversity of the programs
uses ACID 3 will be here soon enough.

Right now I'm just having a blast with ACID Pro 2.0 I can
only wonder what they could do to make it better.
