Subject:transfer a license from one user to another

Hello all. A new user to this forum. Been using ACID Pro
2.0 for about six months and I am very happy with the
product.

I had ACID Music prior to that, and shortly afterwards ACID
Pro 2.0. I did not upgrade to ACID Pro 2.0, so I have two
licensed versions of ACID in my name.

What I want to do now is transfer the license of ACID Music
to someone else. I suppose I could use the same name and
all that for ACID Music going elsewhere, but ideally I
would like to transfer this license to this other person so
they at another time can take advantage of the upgrade
option.

I have not found in a search of Sonic Foundry the policy on
the transfer of license, so I thought I might ask the
question here and see if anyone has any experience on this
matter. Some companies (esp for bigger programs) have a
fee one pays to transfer the program license, others...
well who knows.
