I noticed on the back of Acid Music 2.0 it said, "all loops
are royalty free". So if I put together some songs using
the loops and cut an album, could I sell copies of it
without breaking any copyright laws? It makes stuff easier,
but I still want to do it the legal way.

AFAIK, yes, you can. :o)

The *only* thing Sonic Foundry doesn't want you to do is
include their loops in collections for sale on CD or
download, etc.
