Ok, I love this program but I'm finding it a pain to do proper mixes without seeing the meter level for each track. The only way so far I've found to monitor them is to solo each track which is ok, but NOT a great way to mix an entire song, especially when I'm using 40 plus tracks per song. Is there any way of bringing up the level meters for each track?

TIA
Gabriel

It's possible through a hidden internal preference, not recommened until a future release supports it.

I would be very careful about using ANYTHING in the internal preferences. Remember this feature is NOT done and has not been tested...big chance of stuff going boom!!!

Go to the PSP audio web site here and download: PSP VintageMeter (free!)

http://www.pspaudioware.com/indexen.html

It's a hardware looking meter that will help you with your eye candy needs.

What you do for a shortcut is to open a empty track...add the meters as a vst plugin...then save the track default settings as having this plugin added immediately whenever a audio track is added to a project.

This is indeed a pain...it would be great if there was a level meter on each track.

For my mixes I add a new bus for each track in the mixer window, then route each track to its own bus. (I rename the buses to use the same name as the track.) Then I add separate buses to group the instrument buses together (i.e. Percussion, Bass, Leads, Vocals, etc.) and route the group buses to the master.
