I USUALLY SET UP A PROJECT USING LOOPS IN ACID PRO,AND THEN RECORD A TRACK WITH MY SYNTH.I WANTED TO KNOW IF IT IS ADVISABLE TO RECORD INTO ACID, AND IF THE QUALITY IS GOING TO BE GOOD?OR IS IT BETTER TO EXPORT PROJECT INTO CUBASE E.G. AND RECORD THERE? WOULD APPRECIATE FEEDBACK.THX |

Hi Mario, This depends on how you want to record your synth part. If you'd like to use MIDI, then you'll to record the track in a different program. This would allow you to then edit the MIDI data and clean up any mistakes in your performance. And then you could convert the MIDI track to audio. If you just want to record your synth part direct to audio, I don't see any problem recording directly into ACID. You just won't be able to edit out any mistakes that you make in your performance.
