hi, I notice that mixing down tracks to one new track in acid definitely is a case of "what you hear is not what you get", in other words, the mixed down track sounds different (worse) than the original unmixed tracks together. major bug, I would say, erik |

erik, if it's kind of a fast tremolo sound that you're getting, try opening the properties of the mixed down track & saving it as a "one shot"...it takes up hd space, but clears up the problem... ema wrote: >>hi, >>I notice that mixing down tracks to one new track in acid >>definitely is a case of "what you hear is not what you >>get", in other words, the mixed down track sounds different >>(worse) than the original unmixed tracks together. >>major bug, I would say, >>erik >> |

Hi Hex, Thanks so much for your reply... It is very helpful... I am really glad I posted this note, since I was so uneducated about it in the first place. I could have done more damage than good by saving at 48kHz... Thanks again to all for their replies! MusicBear www.go.to/MusicBear |
