I hope this has not been overkilled in this forum:

I am trying to mix multiple tracks, guitar, bass, drums and
vocals to one wave file. The timing is ok for about 30
seconds and then things start to go off time. Is there any
way to extend this?

i have a PII 300, 128 meg ram, 7200 - 20 gig HD
the files are wave files transfered from a 8 track recorder.

Any direction to this would be great. I am stuck.

thanks

You need to ACIDize your waves so that the ACID program can better
handle the files. Sound Forge XP has the ACID loop tools built in
just for this purpose. But, you do realize that ACID is not a multi-
track recorder? It works much better with short loops than it does
with long wave files.
