Subject:Acid Pro and the Roland VS-1680

when I try to sync my roland vs-1680 with Acid as Master or
Slave the clock on both unit are not matching. Both unit
are set to 00:00:00.000 on MTC
but the Acid is never in time sync with the rest on
equipment in the studio. Should it be some kind of off set
I should be doing? are they not compatible?
please help.
