Subject:Buying a Used Copy of Acid Hip Hop

Greetings,
I have bought a copy of Hip Hop through an online auction
from a person in another city. If this person has used the
program and didn't like it, and decided to sell it after
registering the product with Sonic Foundry, will I be able
to register and use the program without any hassle?
