As far as I know, you can put more effects on different tracks on Pro..in otherwords..you can have a flange on your drum track on 1, and a reverb on your bass track on track 2, completely independent of each other in Pro, but in music, you can have one effect and any track you apply it to has to have that same effect..this can be remedied with sound forge xp, where you can just give the sound the effect you desire in that..oh, and Pro comes with Sound Forge so if you get Music you have to get it seperate. Thats the main difference i know of, I use Acid Music and have made some great tracks I think..I post on Acid Planet under Bud Sticky, so you can listen to what I do, and I do all that with Acid Music, I use other sounds from what Acid gives you, but even AM is still a powerful sequencer.
