Subject:Favorite Acid loop CD?

Hello everyone!

I work here for Sonic Foundry in the Tech Support department... but I
am also a musician.

This is a personal message, unrelated to technical support...I am
just curious what your favorite loop CD's are, and why?

I like them all!

Could I ask you to answer my post regarding loop CD's.

I like what I call the more musical loop CD's. NY Dance, Acid Rock,
The Original Acid Music Loops 2.0. I also like the Drum Tools and
Rads.

I think this simply reflects my musical tastes.

They are too expensive for me to buy too may but I find the Acid
Loops generally much better than the other WAV based loop collections
I have bought, especially since the loops are given names.

Bill Laswell invariably gets my creative juices flowing best of the
different collections.

First I liked the musical ones, then I liked the ambient ones and now
I just synthesize my own and sample old records.

I guess this just reflects my growing experience in using the
product...having said the above, I think I might treat myself a copy
of Acid Latin - just for the loops, 'cos the samples I have heard
have sounded very cool.

p.s. my life would still be complete if I you could combine midi
editing into Acid 3.0....even better if you put support for VST
instruments in. I know exactly how I would like it to work - when I
get a couple of hours I'll write it up and fire it off to technical
support.

p.p.s please resurrect CD Architect.
