Has anyone else been unable to use their ACID for days because, despite Internet registration, four e-mails, 2 faxes, etc, the silence is deafening? Needless to say, I've been trying to get the code for eleven days and my program has expired. The shop refuses to take the product back because it isn't faulty - it just won't work because the company is inefficient. How many days or weeks has it taken anyone else to get a reply? |
