Got no response from my last inquiry... trying again... There's a bug with ACID's ribbon logic. If you turn an envelope (Pitch, Pan, FX-x...) on, change it, then turn it off and on again, all your settings are reset to 0!!! Can you patch this? Toggling the envelopes on and off should mean toggle the display on and off, not turn off and reset to 0 the entire envlope. THIS IS A MAJOR PROBLEM! It's impossible to set the envelopes when you have say the vol, pan and 4 fx ribbons all displayed... YOU CAN'T CHOOSE CERTAIN ENVELOPES AS THEY'RE BURIED! Toggling the display of the other envelopes should be the way around this, but when you turn the ones you turned off back on, all your settings are back to null. :-( Bat http://www.cyberden.com/ http://www.mp3.com/xorcist |

Hello Peter. Yes, this is correct. I will mention this to our Acid Team to see if we can find a better way of doing it in future versions. I don't use Acid much, but, when I do, I usually insert my volume envelope first, make my changes, and then I add panning afterwards, and make those changes. As long as you move the last inserted envelope a bit up or a bit down, you can work around the start position. P.S. You can use our suggestion form from our website, in the Support section to express your ideas/comments/complaints directly to the Product Managers.
