Yes, you can download the actual program file - the loops CD (which includes Sound Forge XP, the loops, and the effects) would be mailed out to you, unfortunately I'm not sure how long this would take. Yes, you can download the actual program file - the loops CD (which
includes Sound Forge XP, the loops, and the effects) would be mailed
