Subject:PHASing effect when using xfx 1,2, or 3 w/ACID

Ok, I have the latest drivers for the soundblaster live and
acid build d - -
when I have a key change in an arrangement - - the
cues/parts go into a phasing effect....

anyone know what the deal is??

ps - I've also made sure nothing else was running in the
