I still use Sound Forge 4.5 for certain procedures (that it performs better than newer versions) and the 'zoom with mouse scroll wheel' function stopped working. I downloaded the last update for 4.5 and re-installed but no change. I can't find any settings to correct the problem. Anybody know how to fix this glitch?

4.5 never had this behavior (it pre-dated widespread wheel mice). It is possible that you had a mouse driver that would intercept wheel messages and translate them as scroll messages, but it never zoomed.
