Subject:Acid 6 absolutely won't start up

I've installed and reinstalled acid 6 multiple times. At first it gave me mssql errors. Now It does nothing at all.

I had a similar problem with SF9 and you guys gave me a half-dozen steps I had to do to fully clean out the program, including deleting directories.

Is there something similar I can do for Acid? I'm completely unable to run the program at this point.

You might just have some VST plugin conflicts.

Try changing your VST folder name and then start Acid.

If it starts OK then you might have to delete some files inside the vst folder (perhaps some old demo VSTs that cause Acid to hang up?)

Re-name the VSt folder back to what it was.
