whats the best cheapest way to link my synth with my
computer to record wav files for use wit acid.whats better
a midi card or an external? will vegas pro record wavs?

Yeah, you poor guy. The best way to go from your keyboard to wav
without midi is to go from your keyboard to your soundcard direct.
The more FX, preamps and stuff between your keyboard and the input on
your soundcard, the more noise you'll probably get. As for your
other questions, I don't know. But I'm pretty sure that Vegas Pro
will let you record like 8 tracks at once.
