A HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL!

I have been coming on here for nearly three years now getting help from everyone on this forum which I might add has been some of the best help I could have ever gotten. I just wanted to say "Thanks" to everyone for your help in making my film look and sound the best it could. We premiered our film over the weekend to a crowd of over 700 people and it was a major HIT! My entire film was done in Sony Vegas and I will speak volumes of this program as it has done an outstanding job in every capacity and I will continue to use it for everything I do.
I also wanted to give a special thanks to Dedric Terry, Key of D Music and Audio, who found me on here when I was asking for help with my audio mix and is an outstanding mixer. I will use him in everything I do as he came to bat for me when I was desperate and went beyond what I expected.
Thank you to everyone. I am sure I will continue to ask silly questions but I just feel so welcome here and the fact this forum is just an incredible place to get help. You people are the best.

David

Congratulations to you.

Would it be possible to watch a portion of your masterpiece on-line somewhere?

Congratulations on finishing the film and the premiere. That must feel wonderful. I have been involved in an independent doc for over a year our screening is in a week. I hope we get 700 people!

I have a couple of questions about your gorgeous trailer.

The music: where did you get that? Was it something like Cinescore or the guys at Key of D Music and Audio?

The green "film has been rated G" by the MPAA: was it actually rated?

The scratchy film treatment: did you treat the entire film like that? The footage was beautiful, I hope you did not.

No, the music in our official trailer was from U-571. No, it wasn't rated by the Mpaa that is somethign we just threw on that for fun and no the film does not have the scratchy film treatment we just did that for the trailer. And thanks so much for the complements.
