Subject:Ph1 to Pro Upgrade?

I have Acid Ph1, and now I want to upgrade to Acid Pro.
Does anyone know if there is an upgrade I can buy or do I
have to go shell out about $270 on top of the $80 I already
spent.

Any advice will be helpful.
