Subject:media manager 2.5-Problems

hey ive receantly updated to the mediamanager 2.5 and i'm having problems with it. Whenever i put video onto my psp i get the message 'Encode failure; not enough space on". Do you wish to retry the encodes?'

Also, any videos that i do not receive this message on become corrupt on the psp which did not happen with the previous version of the media manager.

How do i solve this problem?
