Subject:Auto Tune Install Problem

Hi,

Installing all my software on a new audio computer. Have installed Acid 6, Vegas 5. Installed and successfully authorized Auto Tune 3 Direct X - but when iI try to open up Auto Tune in Acid or Vegas it asks me to authorize Auto Tune again! Auto Tune generated a new challenge and I got a new response from Antares - it said it was successfully authorized again but still Acid and/or Vegas say its not authorized! I'm beginning to think its a Sony problem rather than an Antares one.

Any thoughts?

Hi Kyoto,
Sorry I can't help you with AT3, but AutoTune 4 & v5.09 are trouble free in SF9, and Acid 6.
Have you talked to Antares?

I should probably just upgrade to Auto Tune 5 which is VST and uses iLok for authorization. But I do have some projects in Acid & Vegas that are currently using Auto Tune 3 thought (which is Direct X). Auto Tune 3 settings will probably not be recognized by Auto Tune 5 because of this.

How can I totally uninstall Auto Tune 3? Does it leave and debris in the registry?

I've never used AT3 I would send Antares an e-mail
