I'm having problems with loops doubling up when I draw or paint them in. I want to just insert one sample, but it puts in two. Sometimes it doesn't do this. Anyone know if there is something I can do to consistently place only one sample at a time? Thanks. Michael Shaw |

Not sure I follow what you are doing. I just stop painting when the little dip shows up indicating that it is about to repeat. It sounds to me like you are working at the maximum view, which displays a 2 bar grid, and trying to drop in a 1 bar sample. One work around is to zoom in a little. Another is to right-click in the track view, select Snap To, and select Whole Measures, instead of Ruler Marks. Hope this helps. Thump Alien Farms wrote: >>Not sure I follow what you are doing. I had that problem also. I had to take the uncheck the "double click" option out of the mouse setup. After that, it only put one track at a time on the sheet or when ever I dragged them onto the sheet. You can try doin' that also, just drag the loop onto the sheet. Hopfully that helps you out.
