Subject:Acid 2.0 woes, ( I've fallen and I can't get up..)

Hi,

I am a longtime user of PH1 and all of the "Style series"
Acid disks.(I purchased the style disks for the loops)

I just got Acid 2.0 for xmas and was thrilled until I
installed it. Here are my questions:

1) Where are the "express effects"? I could not find them
anywhere in the program....

2)The "loops disk" included in my 2.0 is BLANK....(?)
I tried it on three known good drives, same result.
Chris, it is build number 60 if this helps....:(

3)Why the unbelievably draconian registration system.
Most hackers who use unregistered versions will
tire quickly and move on. They certainly won't log on to
this forum. If they are like me they will get hooked and
spend $$$$$ on loop disks. The unregistered copies
may be your best advertisment..!!!

Anyway, please give me some advice on how to remedy this
"good ACID user" gone bad situation....

Best regards, Jeff Stewart, Dogcreek Digital

1. Express Effects are on the Loops CD. You can install them but you
have to enter the Activation Code for it. SF will email you all your
Act. Codes when you register.

2. Try using Start-Run-d: or whatever drive letter the CDROM uses.

3. I ( as a user ) must also admit that the Activation Code Business
is a little exasperating if not downright debilitating.
