Subject:Acid Pro 2.0 and NT 4.0 Crash

When I try to start Acid Pro 2.0 the opening screen comes
up and then I get the "Blue Screen of Death". I am running
Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 6. I have twin 350's, an ASUS
motherboard and 256 100M RAM. Any suggestions?
