Subject:Acid Music 2.0 Performed Illegal Operation

Greetings to All,

Merry Christmas

The main problem I've had with ACID MUSIC is the old
Illegal Operation-Program Will Be Shut Down. With the
message:

SFACID caused an exception 10H in module SFXPFX1.DLL at
0137:02d0b24b

This happens too often when I use Express Effects, so often
that I'm reluctant to use Express Effects. I sure wish I
knew what causes this.

I also had a bad Loops CD which SF replaced. This bad CD
would give me the BSOD. I also got the BSOD once when I
clicked on SFXPFX1.DLL in Windows Explorer.

I'd sure like to get some advice on how to clear up this
Illegal Operation business when I try to use Express
Effects. If someone can help me, I'd be truly grateful
forever.

Salute,
Jon

Hello John.

There is a bug in Express FX1 which sometimes causes this message to
come up, it has to do with the math calculations on your computer.

We are aware of it, and we plan on a releasing a fix for this ASAP.

Thanks.
