I am new to ACID, or just computer generated music period, and i just recently purchased ACID Hip Hop 2.0, and cannot figure out how to record my vocals!!! Can anyone help me??? |

Depends on your setup. Hopefully you have some outboard equipment. Even if you don't you can still get vocals into the mix but the results will probably suffer some. Typically you would have a good vocal mic and a mixer of some sort. You would connect the mic to the mixer and the mixer outputs to the inputs of your sound card. Acid uses the sound card to record audio to your hard drive. In the most simple scenario you could connect a mic to the inputs of the sound card but that is not the most desirable way to record since the quality will be fairly low and you may have difficulty controlling the levels. What sound card and other equipment are you using?
