(Also posted in the Vegas forum) I'm considering purchasing an RME Multiface-2 for a new system and was wondering what kind of success or problems users may have experienced with Acid (and Vegas, Sound Forge)? Thanks! |

I'm running RME Hammerfall, and I think it is the best card I have ever had - it is absolutely awesome with regards to sound quality, and with full ASIO hardware, it takes no CPU to run lots of tracks. I have not had a single error with any of the apps due to this card. HTH Ken |

Thanks Ken. Given RME's stellar reputation for great sound and solid drivers, I've wanted one of these for a while and now the time seems right. I just wanted to hear about how friendly (or not) the Sony apps are with the RME stuff. I'm glad to hear about your positive experience. I'll be upgrading from a Layla 24 and I expect the improvement in converter quality will be significant. Thanks again. |
