Subject:Net Radio Show .... Posted by: BrainPanBlues Date:11/21/1999 4:35:00 PM Hi all, I just started up a small net radio show with a couple of friends. Anyone know if it would go against the agreement to use a few of the songs we have made with acid in the broadcast? .. I had an idea that possibly some of you would like to contribute. I was thinking of doing an hour of contri material. We are still working out the scheduling, but if enough people show interest, it could happen : ) If it turns out not to be illegal (lol) then anyone who wants to contribute to the program, feel free to contact me at BrainPanBlues@cbpu.com ... Anything and everything that is sent it will be given full credit to the person who sent it, both on the broadcast and the website I am building ...... So far we have only had it up and running long enough to test it out, but we plan on going live within the next two weeks. To listen to the show head over to www.radiodestiny.com and download the media player, it's a very small download. Thanks ... Bobby

Reply by: SonicGary Date:11/22/1999 7:58:00 AM Bobby, As long as the loops you use to write your ACID songs are royalty free (as all of Sonic Foundry's loop collections are), then you can do whatever you want to with the songs you write. If you wrote it, you own the copyrights to it--no differnt than a song you have written in a conventional manner. But do make sure those loops are royalty free, or you could get yourself into trouble... You should check out ACIDplanet.com if you haven't already been there.
