Subject:keeps crashing when I press play

I recently re-installed acid 4.0 and every time I attempt to play a session I get the following message:

(needless to say it crashes after the message appears)
if possible could someone let me know what I could possibly do to fix it.

Please fill out your system specs in your user profile.

You should obtain the latest update for ACID 4, which is 4.0f. This is available in our download | Updates section.
