Has anyone upgraded from Acid DJ 1.0 to 2.0? If so, it
worth the updgrade? Do you get new loops in 2.0?

Don't bother upgrading. There's nothing significant in the upgrade
and it seems to me that Sound Forge have sold out on those users who
originally paid the extra for ACID PRO. There have been a number of
posts on this subject and we've yet to receive Sound
Forge's 'official' reponse. The loops in ACId PRO 2.0 are identical
to those in 1.0
