Subject:IK Multimedia T-Rack plug not working

I can't get my IK Multimedia plug-ins to work in Soundforge 9 at all. I get a clipping sound after it renders the audio. Volume goes up and down dramatically.

This sucks as my UAD plug-ins don't work either and work around isn't working. My choice was this or Wavelab and I opted for this
