I'm getting a notice that my trial version has expired. I'm not running the trial version, but the full version 9c.

The only options are to Close or Buy.

There are no options to enter serial number.

Stuck my disc in to reinstall; it says the version I'm running is newer, and I must uninstall first. A reinstall of my update 9c doesn't fix the problem.

By the way THE LOUD OBNOXIOUS MUSIC THAT PLAYS WHEN YOU INSERT THE DISC IN COMPLETELY UNCALLED FOR!!!! And yes, I'm shouting! Even with my system turned all the way down, it still sounds. It blasted me out when it started. You guys should be ashamed for trying to ruin the ears of the people using your software.

Thanks

I am sure Sony Creative Software is not trying to ruin your ears. Turning you into a zombie could be they're MO though.
Contact SCS customer service for soothing registration resolves. They are usually very helpful.

If it sounded, and loudly, when you inserted the disc despite the volume being turned down, then you must have your soundcard mixer applet set up wrong. Check the overall level control, and that for CD and WAV.

Despite the dubious value of auto-playing some music, SCS can't be blamed for your inapproprite soundcard settings ....

geoff
