I am a dj that is considering purchasing ACID Dj. I would like to produce some minimal filtered disco tracks. My questions are as follows: 1. How easy is it bringing in a sample and looping it(how long does it take for beginners) 2. Does ACID have special filters you can apply? 3. How does ACID compare to other programs? Thanx for the help and NOT saying ACID is good man.... |

1. Download demo and try it out. Also try ACID pro rather than ACID dj ACID pro has busses, you can feed multiple outputs spound cards all in sync. For sampling and looping I use CoolEdit96 or CubaseVST. I use ACID pro for making arragmnts and composing. 2. No filters, you will hav toi buy them 3. ACID is loop seqencer, execlent for composing and creating music. You can change the pitch and rytham of loops. I record myself in Cubase and I do not care if I make errors. From Cubase I will take good parts and make them in loops. Loops will be loaded in ACID and than rearaged. Intrface is very easy to use, there is notthing like ACID on the market.
