Hi I am a new user of Acid Dj, it seems like a pretty cool program, but I can't seem to get rid of the clipping and distortion that occurs during playback. Alot of the samples seem very 8-bit and static and the clipping that occurs is quite random, a sample will play fine for a few loops then I get this nasty "PoP" that sends the meters at the bottom into the red. I updated my drivers to direct x-6 and even downloaded the update for Acid Style but the problem continues. Anyone out there have any ideas? Peace ~~~~~ Ryan |

Ryan, What sound card do you have? Are you using any other applications which play Wave files for comparison? It would be best to call us or write to support@sonicfoundry.com for issues such as this.
