I bought 2 Acid Loop Libraries from Guitar Center, and was told that Sonic Foundry was running a promo in which you could get a 3rd Loop CD free via mail. The million dollar question: HOW? WHERE? I have emailed every single alias here at Sonic Foundry's site, and have not been provided the decency of a response. If anyone has any information, it would be greatly appreciated. Here's an even better idea: Don't waste mine or anyone else's time responding if you are not going to add any value. I was simply asking to see if anyone else out there had participated in this promo. Your response was rude and completely uncalled for. |

And after complaining of no responses, you now say "Don't waste mine or anyone else's time responding." There have been postings in the past from SF folks that have made the point that the forums are not customer service. I thought you would like to know that, so you don't get angry when SF folks aren't providing you with customer service on the forum. If my response seemed rude to you, I apologize. I was reacting to the rude tone of your initial post. |

My original post was not rude. I simply stated the facts. It was not rude, it was honest. I had not received an email response. Why offer support and customer service email addresses if no one is going to respond? Your statement: "And after complaining of no responses, you now say "Don't waste mine or anyone else's time responding."" is totally ridiculous. My response was directed at you and you only. You went completely out of your way to take the time and respond with your sorry excuse of a response. If you don't have anything to add, move on. I would hope you have much better things to do with your time than to mess with other people. I do appreciate you pointing out that SF Customer Service does not monitor these forums. I was not aware of that. You could have saved me and any other person reading this an awful lot of time. |
