You will need to record the audio that the midi files produce. Acid
only works with audio files.

The way to do that is to play the midi files in your favorite
sequencer and use Acid or Sound Forge to record. You loop back your
sound card audio out to the line in jack. Make sure you
have "monitor while recording" turned OFF or you will generate a
nasty feedback loop.

Then, you'll likely need to massage the resulting .wav file to create
loops.

Good luck.
