Subject:Can't close file window

I have a window open with a file but I cannot close it because I moved it too far up. The top border where the X is, is not accessible. How can I close this file window?
When I close soundforge and open it, the file window is still there.

Click anywhere in that window to select it. Type Alt-minus, then M. You'll then be able to use the arrow keys to move the window around.

Or, select the window and Ctrl-F4 to close it directly.
