Customer service

I need to contact customer service. The web service is not working (at least not in the last 10 times I have tried....) and there's no way I'm phoning (I live in Spain)...

Anyone have an email of Sony customer service staff at hand?

Any admins reading this?

FWIW, my order for V8 + Cinescore has just been returned from customs...

1. Sorry, I don't have an e-mail address, but why on earth are you hassling with delayed, taxed, and dutied physical delivery when no extra cost download delivery is available?

2. Skype is about 2 cents per minute for calls to the U.S., and there are other high quality European services you can use from your mobile phone that charge less than that.

I live in the U.S. and all I know is the U.S. customer service phone hours, and they are closed at this time:
9-11:30 AM + 12:30 TO 5:00 CST- 800 577-6642x 3

But there must be some Euro office, right?

"...why on earth are you hassling with delayed, taxed, and dutied physical delivery when no extra cost download delivery is available?"

My guess is that he probably wanted hardcopy versions, and maybe the cool boxes :)

Email for Cust service can be sent from this link:

If your order has been returned, then it will be cancelled and refunded. Chances are Fedex couldn't deliver it and when they tried to contact you, no luck.

At this point your best bet is to try to contact Fedex with your tracking number and have them attempt delivery again. Otherwise, once it returns to SCS, then the order will be refunded and you can just try to place the order again.

If you have to place a second order, you might want to place the order as download with optional components shipped. That way, you can start using Vegas right away and get the hard copy after the fact.

I used the customer service contact page this morning and it was working fine... wait until tomorrow maybe, then try it again.

I think I give up...just tried the web service and it isn't working for me...what's even worse is that I cannot now seem to be able to re-buy since I've used my serial number in my initial purchase.

FWIW, I originally wanted the download version to avoid import taxes...but then caught the cinescore offer (which seems to be only boxed version) and thought that if that had to come in the post, I might aswell get it all at once.

Anyway, now I have apparently no option but to skip this version unless someone from Sony helps me out.

Thanks for your help everyone.

At present I am helpless. Sony seems to not want my cash unfortunately.

Paul.

Canadian Customs requires a tag on some DVD shipments. I learned a while back to not mess with Canadians.
