We can't understand why such a simple feature for a music
production program was not included when this product went
to market. What a bunch of Idiots!!!!! Cakewalk and a
plethora of other music software designers have it. It's
one of the most basic things to have! We cannot get ACID
to chase to MTC / SMPTE time code! What the hell is the
problem. This is totally frustrating. We bought this
program thinking we would have this feature free and clear
of problems but here we go. Another one of those half
baked software scams that claim to be the bomb, but when it
blew up all it left was sh*t on the walls! I'm sure you've
been getting many messages about this problem. How long is
it going to take you to remedy this problem and will I
receive a free copy of the ACID program or a free upgrade
that will operate MTC properly? Will someone pleeeease get
back to us on this?! And as far as the stock options go,
you guys might as well hang it up because you won't be
aroung long enough with crap like this! Thank you!

If you send your copy back to Sonic Foundry, I'm sure they'll give
you a refund.

ACID Pro does have MTC chase and generate capabilities. The "lite"
versions of ACID do not.

Have you contacted our tech support on your problem?

You don't offer much as far as how your system is configured, or even
what version of ACID you have.

I'd love to help you out, but you will have to help me out by
describing the problem you are having and how you are attempting to
get ACID Pro to chase/generate MTC.

If you'd like, e-mail me directly and I will do my best to get you
going.

Peter, don't waste our time. Even you agreed that ACID has 'some
problems' in syncing properly to MTC.
Though I think 'some problems' is an understatement, I would like to
see a fix in the very near future.
I bought the ACID pro version, the hole ACID Sound library AND a PC
because Sonic claims it can be synced to MTC, what it does NOT.
I invested $6000 in that system and it's not working!
(Yes I bought the PC only for ACID, because I doing all other things
on my Mac!)
And what does that 'email me directly' shit mean? We would like to
share your secrets.
