Subject:Acid FXexpress "beep noise problem" w/ Acid Music, help!

I recently downloaded a demo of the FXexpress2 effects package for Acid Music. When I apply an effect to a track and play the track, there are continuous beeps that interrupt the playback. The beep pattern is a low-pitch beep at the beginning of each measure and a high-pitch beep towards the end of each measure. What is happening? I am running Acid Music Demo on a thinkpad laptop with a pentium 233mmx and 64mb ram, so It shouldn't be my hardware. Also is it possible to apply multiple effects to a single track? Another question: Is it possible to apply an effect to only a certain block within a single track, or does the effect have to apply to the entire length of a single track? Thanks in advance for any help! |

Could it be that its the "demo" software inserting the beeps? |

Our demo plugins insert the beep. This is our way of letting you hear the results, but not letting you use the plugin in a production.
