HI, been useing Acid for about a year now
I'm trying to make some music for my space animation
and i want the music to be like Pirate music
Example1: Porates of the carrabean theme
Example2: Cut throught island theme

What loops Cd's would be the best at doing this style of music?

I'm thinking something cinematically orchestral and animated, but I'm not sure what exactly would match that amongst the collections.

If you've ever been on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disneyland, you'll know that real authentic pirates like that listen to sea shanties on accordion. Therefore you need some accordion loops. I've scored some short animations for kids with pirate themes by using some loops from Soundscan's Complete Accordions volume:

These aren't exactly Acidized loops and one-shots, and you'll have to use the chopper quite a bit. But you will end up with some satisfyingly piratical music.

I heard about a CD of pirate music, but it was rated "ahrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr."

Sorry, I couldn't resist.
