OK i have acid music and i am currently working on a project that use about 26 tracks (so far) doing a megamix of popular songs. MY QUESTION IS when 6 or so tracks are playing at the same time my computer starts to rapidly click! Is this normal? I have a pc 350mhz 64mram and 10g hardrive!I do have to say here that acid is probably the best/easiest to use programs i have used! thanks sonic foundary! |

How many of these tracks are disk based vs loops or one shots. ACID is not a multitrack and it has a limit as to how many disk based tracks you can use. This limit is based more on disk through put than CPU speed or memory resources.
