Subject:Why do i get, and how can i get rid of beeps when i lay FX envelopes on loop segements?

i have some effects that i recorded myself and tried to put some plugin effects like "reverb" and
"time delay." i wanted to put effects on the track or loop segment but i get a real nasty beep
before, during or after. why am i getting the beep? and what can i do to prevent the beep?
