Hi, Is there a way to batch acidize files/loops in ACID? I have ACID 5, not 6. If not, are there any good third-party utilities that can do this? Thanks! DogDrum |

There is no way to do this in ACID but there is a free utility call ACID Blotter that can batch "acidize" loops for you. ~jr |

Hi jr, Thanks, but that utility looks a little out-dated, and really doesn't seem to do more than tell the files what Type they are (one-shot, loop, etc.). I need something that can also designate the number of beats, Stretch Spacing, etc. It would be awesome if ACID itself could do this. Or even a feature of Sound Forge that could be used in the Batch Converter. Thanks! |

Looks like you can process all files in a selected folder using this: http://www.chickensys.com/downloads/translator_free.php Select Acid-version in the drop-down list. A quick look reveals options for One-Shot, Loop, Disk-Based (Tempo 40-300 BPM), 'Number of beats' and 'Root note for transposing' . Note that I haven't tested if it really works. |
